Welcome to Be Still Vitality. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bestillvitality.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from Be Still Vitality LLC ("Be Still Vitality," "we," "us," or "our"), a Michigan limited liability company.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the Site and our services.

1. Eligibility for Use

To browse or purchase from Be Still Vitality, you must be 21 years of age or older. By using this Site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years old and meet all applicable legal age requirements in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research entity, and are professionally capable of handling research compounds safely
• All information you provide during registration and checkout is accurate, current, and complete

We use an age and research-use acknowledgment gate on entry to the Site. Completing that acknowledgment is a condition of access and does not replace your obligations under these Terms.

2. Research Use–Only Products

All products offered by Be Still Vitality are strictly intended for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for:

• Human consumption or human application of any kind
• Medical, clinical, or therapeutic use
• Veterinary or animal use
• Diagnostic applications
• Use as a food, food additive, dietary supplement, drug, or cosmetic
• Household or recreational use of any kind

Our products have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No statement on this Site has been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3. No Medical or Health Claims

Be Still Vitality makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the therapeutic use, safety, efficacy, or suitability of any compound for human or animal use. Product descriptions, research summaries, and reference literature published on this Site are provided strictly for informational and scientific research purposes and must not be interpreted as medical advice, dosing guidance, or a recommendation for any use in humans.

If you have a medical question or condition, consult a licensed healthcare professional. Do not rely on any content published on this Site for health decisions.

4. Product Quality & Certificates of Analysis

Our compounds are tested by independent third-party laboratories. Certificates of Analysis (COAs), including HPLC purity and mass spectrometry results, are made available through our COA page. Reported purity figures reflect the specific lot tested. Because research compounds are sensitive to handling and storage conditions, we cannot warrant the condition or performance of a product after it has left our custody and been received by you.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. Be Still Vitality reserves the right to:

• Refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion
• Decline orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, incomplete, or potentially associated with misuse or diversion for human use
• Limit order quantities per customer, per household, or per order
• Cancel orders due to inventory limitations, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, inaccurate customer information, or regulatory concerns

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full to the original payment method. You may request cancellation of your own order at any time before it ships by contacting orders@bestillvitality.com with your order reference number.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Product prices, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes are displayed in full at checkout before you submit your order. You will never be charged an amount you have not seen and confirmed.
• Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. The price in effect at the time your order is submitted is the price that applies to that order.
• We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
• Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Be Still Vitality does not collect, process, or store full payment card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit and that the billing information you provide is accurate.

Orders are not released for fulfillment until payment has cleared and been confirmed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates, carriers, delivery estimates, and related details are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Be Still Vitality is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events or natural disasters, customs or regulatory inspections, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for transit passes to the carrier, subject to the delivery guarantee described in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of research compounds and the impossibility of verifying chain-of-custody once a package leaves our facility, all sales are final except as described in our Refund & Return Policy. That policy governs damaged shipments, incorrect items, non-delivery, and order cancellations, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Purchase, resell, or supply any product for human or veterinary consumption
• Repackage, relabel, or misrepresent the origin or intended use of any product
• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Provide false identity, age, billing, or shipping information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or its underlying systems
• Scrape, mine, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without written permission

We may suspend or terminate access, refuse future orders, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Be Still Vitality name and logo, text, product photography, research summaries, page design, and code — is the property of Be Still Vitality LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Be Still Vitality LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from:

• Misuse, mishandling, or improper application of our products
• Any use of a product outside its stated laboratory research purpose, including any human or animal application
• Failure to follow safe laboratory procedures or applicable regulations
• Reliance on any informational content published on this Site

Once a product has been delivered, all responsibility for its storage, handling, use, and disposal rests with the purchaser. In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your purchase exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Be Still Vitality LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all products and Site content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No oral or written information provided by Be Still Vitality creates any warranty not expressly stated here.

14. Regulatory Compliance & Export

You are solely responsible for determining whether your purchase, possession, and intended use of any product complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Products may not be exported, re-exported, or shipped outside the United States. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any address or jurisdiction at our discretion.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at orders@bestillvitality.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are resolved quickly at this stage.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Be Still Vitality regarding your use of the Site and your purchases.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site or placement of a new order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
